What does this mean for you?
We kindly ask that you book shipments directly through our DHL accounts.
For DHL Freight
Please register in MyDHLFreight by following these steps:
After submitting, an administrator will approve your request for the customer number(s) you applied for.
Please contact us once your registration is complete. You will be able to access MyDHLFreight immediately, but customer number access will be granted after approval.
For DHL Express
If you already have your own DHL Express account, that is sufficient for booking.
However, please ensure that our customer number 395387982 is used for freight and customs clearance billing.
For DHL Express services, you can log in or register here: https://mydhl.express.dhl.
